This video will help answer these questions…and several others. In my opinion, exercise is crucial and, without question, the most effective strategy for long term neck pain, back pain, and sciatica relief!

I have degeneration in the S1 and L5 area, with a spasm over it. My back was so bad, I was cripple, yet forced myself to start walking and taking better care of myself, including no sitting at all, until I strengthen the muscles and get rid of this spasm. On top of daily long walks, between 5 and 10 miles per day, I also don’t sit, drink raw unfiltered organic apple cider and plenty of water every day. It has also cured me depression.

Last but not least, stop coffee. It is a dietetic and a stimulant, sure to hasten degeneration, contribute to imflmation, negatively affect nutrient obsorption, sleep patterns, anxiety levels, and the list just goes on and on. I start my physical therapy next Friday and hear good things. Also, anyone can çontact me w/ questions about this. Thanks.

I received your emails and I hope my response helped. Don’t get ahead of yourself. Good luck at the doc’s and keep me informed. There are people who have been through what you are experiencing and share your pain! It can and does get better. Promise!

In this case, pressure is usually felt mostly in the lumbar area (lower back) and
over time, this will result in excruciating pain. Sitting down
for long periods of time could cause lower back pain.
It is important that you take extra care while
performing your job duty.
