Have a hip pain now after surgery and scared to death that I will continue facing back associated pain, in spite the fact that the operation looks successful. My question is is that only about breathing, cooling the inflamTed spot and elevating the legs??? Where is the rest of the advices? Pls. Help me! I woke up from the surgery and it was a miracle! I was pain free! Sadly, the pain started to return about 6 months later. Scar tissue had grown and is now pressing on that nerve. I have pain from my hip down to my ankle...again. I don\'t quite understand your site. I can\'t figure out where I am supposed to go to see your suggested treatments, exercises, etc. I am currently waiting for the next epiduaral to alleviate the pain. I want to do anything I can, on my own, to help relieve the pain. Hello,
