Checking out http://UltimateBadBackStrategies.com . Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was a professional dancer for years & now I suffer without the pain medications, that make me drowsy as he… Tried floor exercises, walking backwards, lunges, hot water exercises in bathtub, so thank you very much for passing on this simple secret. Maybe I can finally get my active life back.

Thanks for the post!
I’ve had back, neck and shoulder pain for a long time, I think because I am always working out (doing mostly cross fit stuff), and when I’m not I am hunched over a computer.
Well, I was anyway. I’m still working out, but now rather than being hunched over a computer I use an adjustable height desk so I can stand up and work.
Personally I use a Nextdesk, which I can move from standing to sitting by just pushing a button– very convenient. There are a lot of others on the market, but this is the one I use and like.
Annyyywaaayyy, I just wanted to stop by and share this. Have you thought about writing something on the benefits of an adjustable height or standing desk? I feel a lot better with mine, and clearly, I’m trying to spread the word! Thanks again.
